Description
Vitalant is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Donor Outreach Supervisor to play a vital role in our call center and make significant contributions to our life-saving mission.
Your impact as a Donor Outreach Supervisor is vital. You will actively support Vitalant’s life-saving mission by supervising and coordinating daily Donor Outreach activities, ensuring the achievement of assigned daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You will oversee a Customer Service team dedicated to inspiring previous and potential donors to schedule their next donation appointment.

As a Donor Outreach Supervisor, you’ll get to:
- Ensure the delivery of quality customer service to all customers.
- Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
- Develop daily call plans that strategically focus on Donor Outreach efforts using an appointment forecast, penetration report, and staff schedule.
- Conduct call quality monitoring and provide constructive feedback and guidance to staff.
- Investigate and resolve donor complaints.
- Compile monthly evaluations and standard reports on Donor Outreach activity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques required
- Two years of related call center experience to include:
- One year of Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of blood banking telemarketing technics preferred
