Summary of Position:
We’re seeking a seasoned business development executive with strong connections in the telecommunications and healthcare industries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solutions-based selling and has a deep understanding of third-party verification (TPV).
TPV is essential for ensuring compliance, building trust, and protecting both businesses and their customers, especially in sectors like telecom and healthcare. We’re looking for someone who knows how to navigate the complexities of these industries and can create and promote programs that enhance the customer experience through effective TPV solutions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with call center environments, helping telecommunications and healthcare providers/brokers develop and implement TPV strategies that add real value. Experience in business compliance services is a strong plus, as it aligns closely with the goals of TPV, ensuring operations run smoothly and meet all necessary standards.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
● Meeting and exceeding sales quotas for designated market segments, designed to AnswerNet’s Third Party Verification Services’ primary niche strengths
● Defining and executing year-round sales plans
● Ensuring that prospecting is managed as part of a structured, targeted, and measurable process resulting in new prospects being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis
● Managing a sometimes complex, multi-platform solution sale with a 2 to 18-month purchasing cycle through the entire sales process (prospecting, discovery, solution development, RFP response, etc.)
● Being able to identify, qualify, manage, and close sales on short timelines, and move the prospect along in the sales funnel.
● Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
● Making and delivering solution-oriented presentations as well as product demonstrations as needed
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
● Minimum 3 years of consultative selling experience, preferably in medical insurance, or telecommunications industries
● Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
● Strong network and industry connections in the US medical insurance, and/or telecommunications industries
● Experience in selling software, call center solutions, or related services
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office, and third-party verification technologies
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
