We are looking for an experienced Hubspot user that can support multiple departments in utilizing our CRM platform. In this role you will be responsible for responding to day-to-day requests from the sales team and managing our CRM database. As part of the Operations Department you will support multiple other departments to include sales, marketing and accounting in entering and pulling data from Hubspot. Additional duties will include data clean-up, importing external data and utilizing database hygiene best practices. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years experience in Hubspot as a database administrator.
A typical day for this position involves responding to requests from users and performing data cleanup. You will be asked to periodically update automation and assigned tasks within Hubspot and be expected to be able to review exported data from the system. Advanced skills in MS Office to include pivot tables and formula creation will be a necessary skill as you perform database management. Experience in Hubspot will be critical in helping you quickly identify support requests requirements and how to support the end user. Additional capabilities such as updating UI/UX for users in Hubspot will be necessary for this role as well.
After one year, you’ll know you were successful if:
- You are able to respond quickly and accurately to requests.
- You exercise and maintain a clean database that is useful for the end user.
- You are able to perform UI/UX updates to manage the users experience in Hubspot.
