Responsibilities

What’s a typical day as an Outbound Call Center Supervisor? You’ll be:

Overseeing the daily operations of the call center team
Creating and maintaining reports to track team performance
Developing and implementing call flow and FAQs to enhance customer service experience
Acting as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues
Providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership to team members
Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment

Qualifications

Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in call center leadership
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Are proficient in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite--particularly Excel
Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Can work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
