Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in professional and friendly manner

Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary ... - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services

Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information

Sort and distribute mail

Scan and attach documents

Post client payments

Maintain office files and records in an organized manner

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Skills:
- Data entry to accurately input information into databases or spreadsheets
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of written materials
- Familiarity with office procedures, including filing systems and phone systems
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs or tools as needed
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
