Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal (Bilingual)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and able to maintain accuracy while working efficiently
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities
- Experience in outbound calling is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
