Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations ... - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues

Skills:

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal (Bilingual)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in data entry and able to maintain accuracy while working efficiently
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities
Experience in outbound calling is a plus
Multilingual abilities are a plus
