Peabody Properties, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant working 25 hours a week, experienced in handling various administrative tasks and providing administrative support for the Compliance and Administration department in Braintree ... The Administrative Assistant is responsible for preparing correspondences, maintaining well-organized filing system, handling information request, working within established time constraints often under pressure and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with little or no supervision, has exceptional organizational skills, flexibility and enjoys working with a diverse group of people.
Education And Experience
• 3+ years of relevant administrative support experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Take a positive and solutions-oriented approach to work.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Professionalism and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years business experience providing clerical and administrative support.
Knowledge of Onesite
Proficiencient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
