The Clarion Pointe/Quality Inn and Suites, El Cajon, is currently looking for a couple of energetic, ambitious, and driven people to join our front desk team.
Experience is preferred but not required (especially with Choice Hotels) but, we would be willing to train the right person ... You must have open availability and be open to working all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Assist with reservations and room assignments

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

2 days a week will be night audit shift, Must be willing to work overnight as well.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
