Our company has continued growing for the past 7 years and we just moved to a new building with fully air conditioned warehouse ... We're an online retailer for niche products in hobby and custom painting, known for best-in-class customer service and lightning-fast shipping. That's why it's important for a candidate to be quick but pay attention to details at the same time.
We sell and receive a lot of small stuff: airbrushes, spray guns, paints, accessories, and air compressors. over 80% of the boxes we ship are under 2 pounds.
We're looking for someone with the following set of skills:

Start your cover letter with "Airbrush" - this way we will know that you've read our job description and we will read your resume. All others will be ignored.

Good navigation skills. We have over 7000 items in the warehouse and you'll have to learn quickly the layout and be able to find what is needed in no time.

Good memory. We have over 20 options of packaging and more than 15 brands in stock - you should be able to memorize quickly which package type for which product and locate everything on our warehouse shelves.

Speed and accuracy. We expect you to move fast but also be very accurate in your movements. All packages must look good and secure all the goods inside.

Stay positive. Even if it feels like we're out of time to finish the work - smile, have fun, and keep positive energy around you.

Computer savvy. Any experience with label printing would help a lot to grow within the company.
We offer a base rate + bonus program after 2-3 months (depending on the speed of learning).
Other helpful skills:
If you have any knowledge/experience in hobby painting, airbrushing, or automotive spray gun painting, that would help a lot.
