Under the general direction of the HUB Supervisor, the Amgen Service Representative will serve as an advocate for patients and HCP office personnel. This position will help remove barriers so patients can begin their therapy. Daily interactions involve omni channel contacts with patients, caregivers, medical staff and vendors.
• Field inbound omni channel requests and questions from patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals while providing an outstanding customer experience
• Research complicated Issues and follow up with customers
• Anticipate any unasked questions or potential issues to alleviate future call backs
• Work cross functionally with leadership, benefits verification specialists, training and knowledge management to communicate gaps in the process and assist in closing them
• Assist patients and caregivers with questions regarding benefits, plan design and financial assistance
• Handle customer critical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• For Internal Candidates ONLY- must be in their current role for a minimum of 12 months to apply.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or
• Associate’s degree and 4 years of customer service experience or
• High school diploma / GED and 6 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability working with patients, caregivers and HCP offices in a contact center environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to build relationships
• Possess a strong “can do” attitude and demonstrated follow through and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
• Solid understanding of plan designs and programs to support them
• Proven experience with MS Office products
• Ability to identify trends or gaps with people, processes and/or systems

This position will be paid on an hourly basis. The annualized base pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $69,300 – $84,700.
