Safely transport medical equipment and supplies to homes and healthcare facilities.
Set up medical equipment in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to coordinate delivery and setup schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from patients or healthcare professionals.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and team members.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and equipment inventory.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
Represent Lincare Holdings in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to medical equipment delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
