Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
Up-sell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

Previous serving experience in an upscale restaurant is required. (But will be trained)
Knowledge of our food and drinks is a plus, but not required (training provided).
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Team player with a positive attitude
