Accountabilities :
• Stack and build pallets that contain finished Par Bake products.
• Monitor the appropriate weight of finished product cases and verifies the proper lot code.
• Must record the accurate number of cases and lot codes on pallets containing the finished product.
• During Thaw & Serve production, the Palletizer hand prepares cases and applies labels and hand packs. Palletizes cases according to the proper configuration.
• Perform inspection of finished product cases for possible anomalies.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• Rotate positions with the case packer.
• May be required to take on additional responsibilities or roles based on the needs of the plant.
Qualifications :
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in the food industry preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• One year related experience and / or training
