We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely. This is an ideal position for someone looking to start their career in data management. You will be responsible for transferring data from various sources into our systems accurately and efficiently. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.

· Review data for errors, missing information, or duplicates; correct as needed.

· Maintain data confidentiality and follow security protocols.

· Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.

· Communicate with team members via Slack, email, or Teams regarding data discrepancies.

· Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy targets (e.g., 99% accuracy rate).

Requirements (No prior experience needed, but must have)

· High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

· Typing speed of at least 40–50 WPM (words per minute).

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic functions like sorting, filtering, copy/paste).

· Reliable computer (Windows 10/11 or macOS) and high-speed internet connection.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively from home.

· Strong attention to detail – you notice when numbers or names don’t match.
