How you’ll make an impact in this role
Plan, develop, lead, facilitate, coordinate and implement all actions for supply chain operations.
- Lead operations, logistics, and procurement for supply chain and non-labor spend within assigned market.
- Achieve objectives as measured by operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implement standard operations and logistics best practices, accountable for operational performance and customer service within assigned market.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures which guide and support the provision of services and meet productivity plans.
- Direct and manage staff to include assignment of work, evaluating, coaching, hiring and terminating.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Master's degree strongly preferred
- Extensive experience using Oracle & EHRs (EPIC, Cerner)
- Ability to network & build consensus across peer groups to push forward development strategies
- Ability to provide & set healthcare technology strategies
