The Executive Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring organizational efficiency. This role combines administrative leadership, operational management, and executive support to maintain a productive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
Provide high-level administrative support to executives (calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation)
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively
Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures
Manage office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships
Coordinate internal communications and support cross-department collaboration
Organize meetings, events, and executive briefings
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
Oversee onboarding processes and support HR-related administrative tasks
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Leadership and team management skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
3–7+ years of experience in office management or executive support roles

Work Schedule Options

Full-Time: Typically 35–40 hours per week with full benefits eligibility
Part-Time: Flexible hours based on organizational needs (20–30 hours per week)
