We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, healthcare providers, and partners, handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, and resolving inquiries related to medical products and services.

Customer service representatives in medical distribution environments typically manage orders, customer inquiries, and problem resolution while coordinating with internal teams .

Key Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries
Process customer orders, returns, and product requests accurately
Provide detailed information about medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and services
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and billing or order issues
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
Verify order details, shipping timelines, and product availability
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Meet daily performance metrics (KPIs), including call volume and response time
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Healthcare Support roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes efficiently
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Experience in medical supply, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is a plus
