We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Online Research Assistant to support our team with accurate and timely information gathering. This fully remote role involves conducting online research, organizing findings, and presenting insights in a clear and structured format to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth online research on various topics (market trends, competitors, industries, etc.)

Collect, verify, and organize data from reliable sources

Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on findings

Maintain and update research databases and documentation

Assist with data analysis and interpretation

Support team members with ad-hoc research requests

Ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of all research outputs

Requirements

Proven experience in research, data collection, or administrative support (preferred but not required)

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel

Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
