We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, technical, and/or creative support remotely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Handle email correspondence and inbox management

Perform data entry, file management, and document organization

Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone

Conduct online research and prepare summaries or reports

Assist with social media scheduling and basic content updates

Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking

Help manage projects, track deadlines, and follow up on tasks

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom) is a plus

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

High level of integrity and confidentiality
