The Role: Leadership That Elevates Clinical Excellence
We are seeking an experienced, clinically grounded BCBA to step into the role of Clinical Director.
This position is embedded within our regional clinical structure and works directly under the Regional Clinical Director. You will play a critical role in strengthening our clinical team by mentoring BCBAs, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring operational alignment across cases.
- Reports to the Regional Clinical Director
- Serves as a key support and mentor to BCBAs
- Balances clinical leadership with structured performance oversight
- Maintains 10 billable clinical hours per week

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support BCBAs through mentorship and regular check-ins
- Conduct clinical observations and deliver structured, actionable feedback
- Monitor performance through scorecards and key metrics; initiate support or performance improvement plans as needed
- Ensure supervision, parent training, and documentation meet company standards
- Support BCBA students through group learning and individual mentorship
- Collaborate with the Case Management supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Track and report clinical progress on a weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain 10 billable hours per week
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
Work Structure
- Primarily remote role
- Expected to be on-site in the New York City area at least once per month
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical ABA experience
- 1–2 years of experience supervising or managing BCBAs
- Located in or near New York City, with the ability to attend monthly on-site meetings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback
- Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment

- Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000
- Final offer is based on experience, skillset, and clinical expertise
