Job Summary:
The Provider Contract Specialist (PCS) is responsible for recruiting, contracting, and onboarding qualified medical providers and clinics both within the United States and internationally to support REE Medical’s mission of delivering accurate, compliant Disability Benefit
Questionnaires (DBQs) for Veterans. This role manages the full provider onboarding lifecycle, from proactive outreach and contracting through onboarding and internal handoff, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, documentation accuracy, compliance, and provider relationship management. Performance is evaluated holistically across productivity, quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Provider Recruitment & Onboarding
- Proactively recruit and onboard qualified medical clinics and providers domestically and internationally in alignment with organizational capacity, coverage needs, and regional demand
- Manage the end-to-end provider lifecycle, including outreach, contracting, credential and licensure collection, onboarding, training coordination, and internal handoff
- Build and maintain strong provider relationships throughout recruitment and onboarding to ensure continuity, quality, and a positive provider experience
- Prioritize recruitment efforts based on evolving business needs, capacity planning, and regional coverage requirements
- Coordinate with assigned Veterans, as appropriate, to support provider placement efforts in accordance with established workflows and role responsibilities
- Perform recruiting, onboarding, and documentation activities using designated systems and workflow tools
- Maintain accurate, timely records of provider outreach, contracts, onboarding milestones, and related documentation
- Ensure all provider communications and documentation comply with company policies, legal requirements, jurisdictional standards, and approved verbiage
- Communicate professionally and responsively with providers, Veterans, and internal stakeholders
- Work consistently toward defined productivity and onboarding expectations, with performance evaluated holistically over time
How success is measured in this role:
- Consistent achievement of provider recruiting and onboarding targets across assigned regions, both domestically and internationally
- Timely completion of provider contracting and onboarding milestones in alignment with operational timelines
- High accuracy and completeness of provider documentation, contracts, and credentialing materials
- Effective prioritization of recruiting efforts based on business needs and coverage requirements
- Strong provider engagement, demonstrated through responsive communication and smooth onboarding transitions
- Adherence to compliance, legal, and quality standards throughout the provider lifecycle
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and follow-through on assigned responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in provider recruiting, contracting, credentialing, or onboarding within a healthcare, medical services, or related environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with medical providers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and recruiting pipelines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems or workflow management tools to track recruiting, contracts, and onboarding activity
- Sound professional judgment and a compliance-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting provider contracting and onboarding across multiple states or international jurisdictions
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, or credential verification processes
- Experience working with medical clinics, physician groups, or allied health providers
- Exposure to healthcare operations, medical services, or provider network development
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
