Customer Service Representative Bilingual
Work Hours -8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Lunch Hours- 12-1(Unpaid)

Job Description:
Should be Bilingual.
Assist with answering busy phone lines daily
Return calls daily to clients
Assist with background checks
Look and Enter information into various databases
Look up and correct information in the HAPPY database
Assist with processing Housing Assistance Applications when necessary
Respond to inquiries from Landlords, Tenants, and the General Public
Learn DCA and HUD rules and regulations regarding Housing Assistance Programs
Other duties as directed
