Support Systems That Support Care – Join Us as an EHR Application Support Specialist
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (40 hours weekly)
This is a remote position open to Missouri residents only.
As an EHR Application Support Specialist, you’ll help keep our electronic health records (EHR) systems running smoothly so our care teams can focus on what matters most—serving individuals and communities. You'll provide frontline technical support to staff across the organization, ensuring they can use our software systems effectively and confidently to deliver high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I support for EHR users by troubleshooting software and application issues
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets from internal users using a ticketing system
- Test software updates and fixes, ensuring successful resolution and user satisfaction
- Analyze patterns in support requests to prevent recurring issues
- Communicate effectively with users and collaborate with the EHR team for escalated concerns
- Support application testing and user training during new software rollouts and upgrades
- Serve as part of the team's on-call rotation
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED required
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least three (3) years of equivalent work experience required
- Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
- Very strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
