As a Clerical/Administrative Associate, you will be a key support partner to our teams by handling day-to-day administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES
Remote Clerical / Administrative Associate – Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks in a remote work environment
- Manage and maintain digital files, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Enter, update, and verify data across internal systems and databases
- Prepare, review, and distribute reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, or virtual platforms in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual appointments
- Support team members with administrative needs and special projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection standards, and remote work procedures
- Track administrative tasks and maintain organized records for reporting and auditing purposes
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow in a remote setting
- Meet deadlines while working independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
At SLYLETICA, we’re looking for detail-oriented, dependable individuals who are motivated to deliver excellence and support smooth business operations in a remote environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in clerical, administrative, data entry, or office support roles
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy
- Comfortable working with desktop computer systems and proficient in Windows-based environments
- Strong familiarity with basic office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
- College coursework or degree preferred, but not required

- Internet service must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
