- What You Bring to the Role
- 1+ year of experience in consumer lending, loan processing, servicing, or similar financial‑institution support functions.
- Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit documentation, validate signatures, and verify calculations accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills when working with members, staff, indirect partners, and internal departments.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn, adapt, and look for opportunities to improve processes and member experience.
