We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to support our team in accurately processing and managing data. This role is essential to ensure that all company records and information are complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and comfortable working with large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems

• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before processing

• Generate reports and summaries as required

• Verify and correct errors in data entries

• Organize and maintain digital and physical records

• Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Communicate with team members to ensure timely data processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred

• Previous experience in data entry or clerical work is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
