A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative to support pharmacists in delivering medication management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to patients while adhering to policies and procedures
- Articulate clinical services to enhance patient engagement and participation
- Perform data entry and maintain documentation of calls
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule, Monday - Friday
