A company is looking for a Remote LTC Pharmacy Adjudication Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with communities about expensive and non-formulary medication orders and provide education on alternatives
- Maintain detailed records of orders requiring follow-up and ensure timely communication with community staff
- Review and coordinate Medicare D claims, assist with data entry, and perform insurance and billing clerical duties
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Minimum one year of data entry experience
- General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
