A company is looking for a CRM Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for the Customer Relationship Management platform used in Enrollment Management & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, import, and cleanup tasks to maintain CRM accuracy
- Assist with monitoring data integrity issues and support user inquiries
- Help maintain CRM documentation and prepare training materials for users
Required Qualifications and Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in administrative support, data entry, or technical systems preferred
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Experience working with databases or CRM tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
