Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry of sensitive client and partner information
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries and resolve case issues with clients and affiliate partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain quality through oversight programs
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent required; higher degree preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- 1+ year of data entry experience
- Client-facing resolution case management experience preferred
