Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing hotel accounts, including updating information and resolving issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain and update partner records
- Handle reactive tasks such as responding to client inquiries and providing support
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or data entry role
- Experience managing multiple online platforms in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt and respond to different personalities with a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Personal equipment including a computer and internet connection is required
