A company is looking for a CSR Patient Access Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service while managing high volume incoming calls
- Act as patient advocate to resolve issues via telephone promptly and courteously
- Perform accurate registration interviews and verify patient insurance information
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of data entry experience - Required
- 2 years of clerical/customer service experience, preferably in healthcare - Preferred
- 1 year of experience with third-party payors and computer data entry - Preferred
- 1 year of call center experience - Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Required
