Key Responsibilities
- Own key operational support initiatives impacting patient care delivery and health plan compliance
- Complete critical data entry from internal care systems into health plan portals and databases
- Process and monitor care management program authorizations and disenrollments to ensure continuous patient access to care
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of healthcare operations or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Strong data entry accuracy and time management skills
- Comfort navigating technology platforms such as Google Suite and data management tools
- Reliable, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a stable internet connection
