About:
- Monitor the health of the portfolio and manage the client life cycle.
- Work with internal teams to ensure client engagement with Newsela’s solutions.
- Manage customers through the Newsela Customer Journey.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
Experience:
- 3+ years of enterprise level CSM experience in Educational Technology.
- Demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding company OKRs.
- Capability to drive customer retention and forecast accurately.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build strategic plans.
- Proven history of partnering with Sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Regular travel to meet with customers and prospects, depending on business needs.
- Gainsight and Salesforce (SFDC) experience is a plus.
Salary and Perks:
Pay range: $85K - $88K
