What we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead complex, multi-channel marketing projects from start to finish. This is a client-facing role where you'll be the orchestrator, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations to deliver exceptional results.

What you will do:
Project Leadership
Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, GEO, paid media, websites, email, social media, content, and other channels
Set project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Lead daily or weekly team meetings to maintain momentum and address roadblocks
Create clear deadlines and action items for every team member
Client Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients
Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate regular status updates
Build trust through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with internal specialists (strategists, designers, developers, content creators) to deliver quality work
Work with external vendors and partners to supplement agency capabilities
Address bottlenecks quickly and adjust plans when priorities shift
Resolve team issues one-on-one to maintain project velocity
Strategic Operations
Monitor project profitability and identify efficiency improvements
Analyze current processes and recommend operational enhancements
Support sales team with presentations and proposal development
Stay current on digital marketing trends and project management best practices
Requirements:
Experience & Background
4+ years managing end-to-end digital marketing projects across multiple channels
Agency environment experience required—you understand the pace and client-facing demands
Track record of successfully managing concurrent projects across SEO, paid media, email, social media, and more
Technical Skills
Expert-level proficiency with project management software (Teamwork.com or similar)
Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams through strategy, design, content, and development phases
Communication Excellence
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
Confident leading both internal team meetings and external client presentations
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans

Compensation & growth opportunities
Base compensation: $3,000 - $4,500/month based on your experience and expertise
