Nello is looking to bring on a creative, data-driven, detail-oriented Growth Manager to join our growing Marketing team. The ideal individual has 2-3+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience (Meta and TikTok required, others nice to have), has worked closely with creative counterparts in development of creative that converts, and possesses exceptional collaboration and communication skills. This role reports into the Director of Acquisition, and will work closely with Senior leadership including the EVP of Marketing and the company co-founders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and optimization of Nello's ad accounts, including, but not limited to, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with creative and other marketing partners in the development of video, static, and motion graphic assets to use on relevant platforms.
- In partnership with the Director of Acquisition, set and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue, acquire subscribers, and accomplish any other key business goals.
- Collaborate with lifecycle marketing partners to align offers, manage for customers churn, and ensure messaging consistency.
- Work with the influencer and other applicable teams to identify potential partners for usage on ads, paid posts, and the like across Meta, TikTok, and any other applicable platforms.
- Develop and optimize marketing funnels in partnership with web development and other resources.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Support in maintenance of current reporting processes and systems. As needed, support in improvement of these and development of net new systems.
- 2-3+ years of hands-on management of campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (required), TikTok Ads Manager including TikTok Shop GMV Max Campaigns (required), Google Ads Manager (preferred), and any other relevant platforms.
- Experience managing a budget of at least $300k+ monthly.
- Experience managing campaigns for brands with significant subscription bases.
- Experience working directly with video editing and graphic design resources, including briefing and review of concepts.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and affiliate strategies, including coordination with partners to set up whitelisting and partnership ad access.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, both within platforms and from other sources like Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment, staying organized and accountable without constant oversight.
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally articulate ideas across email, Slack, and other remote channels.
- (Preferred): Experience directly managing paid partner relationships.
- (Preferred): Familiarity with email marketing and lifecycle marketing strategies.
