Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Director, Brand Marketing to lead integrated marketing programs that accelerate brand growth and drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy and activation of cross-functional initiatives that elevate our flagship product, Genius — a next-generation, unified point-of-sale (POS) solution that brings payments, software, and services together in one powerful platform. Genius is a cornerstone of our POS strategy, and we are investing to make it a recognized, trusted, and preferred brand in its category.
As Sr. Director, Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping the integrated brand marketing strategy for Genius, orchestrating campaigns across creative, content, digital, media, and regional teams, and ensuring every initiative is tied to growth outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in tracking and reporting on brand awareness and growth metrics, ensuring we can demonstrate the value of our programs to leadership and continuously optimize for impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the integrated global brand marketing strategy for Genius, ensuring programs directly support awareness, growth, and revenue objectives.
Design and manage integrated brand programs that span creative, content, digital, paid media, PR, and external partners across multiple geographies
Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics and brand KPIs (awareness, preference, engagement, campaign ROI), sharing insights with leadership and recommending optimizations.
Ensure alignment from strategy through execution, partnering with senior marketing leadership across functions to define objectives and deliver against outcomes.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams and resources, resolving dependencies and removing blockers to enable speed and scale.
Champion brand consistency and governance, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the Genius brand story and positioning.
Act as the connective tissue between marketing strategy, execution, and business growth — keeping the Genius brand at the center of every program.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
10+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaign strategy, or program management.
Proven success in developing and executing integrated brand marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and deliver measurable business results.
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services marketing strongly preferred; experience in technology, SaaS, or SMB-focused marketing also valuable.
Skills
Strong understanding of brand tracking methodologies, growth KPIs, and campaign performance reporting.
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (paid, owned, earned) at scale.
Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency with project and marketing management tools
