Your Role:

Process, review, and resolve healthcare claims
Follow policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Meet productivity and accuracy targets
Research and Resolving Customer Inquiries
Collaborate with team members and adapt to evolving processes

What You Bring:

1+ year experience in claims or a similar specialist role (healthcare background required)
Strong math, logic, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and computer proficiency
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment post-training

To thrive in this role, you will need:

To be at least 18 years old.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in a single role in healthcare or claims.
A solid track record of reliability?no absences in your first 90 days.
Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute.
A hardwired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download).
A quiet, secure home workspace.
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting schedules.
