***This position is an international corporate contract. Candidates must be located outside of the United States.
GLOBO Language Solutions is looking for an experienced Accounts Payables professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices including coding into the accounting system
- Prepare and upload files used to pay contractors
- Respond to vendor and contractor inquiries
- Organize tickets submitted by contractors
- Interpreter and Customer correspondence- LUNA primarily and GLOBO, too [internal software]
- AP assistance (invoice posting, reconciliations, initiate payments)
- Analyze and improve upon the current systems
- Act as liaison between operations, accounting and QA to assume proper communication between teams
- Assist in trouble shooting for onboarding contractors to new payment system
- Other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Education and Experience:
- Experience with Bill.Com, Sage Intacct, Tipalti and Hubspot or similar systems
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to drive issues to resolution and communicate results
- Excellent professional writing skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with customer service
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent research skills

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This position operates in a home office and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand up or to sit for up to eight hours or more at a time. The employee must use his/her hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, climb, or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
