The Credentialing Specialist 1 supports the technical aspects and enhancements of the credentialing process for applicants and members of the Medical Staff and Allied Health Professionals. This individual is responsible for the development and implementation of database monitoring and maintenance regarding licensure and certifications. He/She will serve as the primary support for credentialing report requests for BHSF and BHQN. As the database champion, he/she shall visit BHSF facilities to provide pertinent training and education to database users. He/She will serve as the departmental point person for all information technology communication and projects related to the enhancement of the credentialing process. He/She will assist with reporting of weekly, monthly and annual departmental metrics. He/She will also be responsible for the maintenance of the departmental website. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.73 - $23.87 / hour depending on experience.

- Detail oriented professional with preferred 3 years experience in healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment operations.
- Database and computer literacy are essential.
