This position is a full time position but a temporary work from home pending the establishment of our new branch in your location, then you would be able to commence work in an office location or choose to continue working from home because it is optional to our employees. The training is done online from 9am to 12noon Monday through Friday. The training pay is $20/hr. If extra hours are spent online after training hour, it will be paid for. The company will mail you a payment to purchase all necessary custom built home office materials to ease your training/work at home. All necessary documentations will be sent to you in the mail to append your signature on and revert back to us by the end of your training programmer.
ABOUT THE JOB
There is a full time shift available for this position. We are looking for a responsible, personable, detail-oriented receptionist/office assistant, who will operate the front desk of our office during office hours, Monday-Friday, 9am to 2pm.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
* Greeting customers as they enter our office and directing them appropriately
* Answering calls from current and potential customers, handling questions, taking messages and routing callers to the proper person within our company
* Providing general office and administrative support for the company's operations
* Data entry of all invoices and sales receipts
* Collection calls and administer credit applications
REQUIREMENTS
* Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to get along well with others: we are a small and growing company, and everyone counts
* Great phone communication skills: you are the first person our customers will hear and see
* Attention to detail: our projects are often complex and their execution requires extreme care
* Must be 18+ years of age
* Valid ID
* High level of computer skills and knowledge, especially QuickBooks and Excel

WORKING CONDITIONS
VISION: Must be able to see 20/20 vision with correction.
COMMUNICATION: Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English language.
Involves frequent contact with staff and may sporadically deal with angry/upset clients.
PHYSICAL: May require occasional sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time in an office environment. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, copier, fax machine, and other office equipment as needed.

* In carrying out any assignment or task a progress report has to be emailed every Friday to me*

* Whether or not you have an assignment or task to carry out you will be paid for $20/per hour as long as you are online during the stated hours.
