Location: Remote
Pay: $23 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday from 7:00am – 3:00pm

Minimum Requirements for this Position:
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, or related schooling/training.
- High School Diploma is required.
What you will do as a Linehaul Administrative Assistant:
- Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
- Field telephone calls, file, and perform data entry into OnTrac’s proprietary software
- Monitor and communicate any fleet maintenance issues that could impact arrival or departure schedules of trucks to facility personnel and provide follow-up and updates.
- Monitor GPS tracking of tractor/trailer equipment and of departure/arrival times.
What you need to be successful as a Linehaul Administrative Assistant:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- The ability to communicate and interface with many vendors and corporate employees.
- The ability to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form.
- The ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- The ability to apply strict confidentiality rules to the daily workload.
- The ability to problem-solve.
