Position Summary:
In this role you would provide claim and beneficiary management and liaison to our clients. Please see position details below:
- The position pays $20/hr with benefits starting on Day 1.
- This is a remote role.
- The schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm EST, No weekends!
- Will either need to have or obtain a Florida 215 insurance license.
How you'll make an impact
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer service - 25%
- Work on various team projects
- Customer management, tracking and follow ups.
- Enrollment and medical underwriting managment.
About You
Required:
- Professional communication skills - both in speaking and writing.
- Time management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in daily tasks.
- Attention to details.
- 2 years experience in insurance customer service.
- Have or be willing to obtain a Florida 215 insurance license.
