At UnisLink, our Client Onboarding Specialists play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition for new healthcare provider clients into our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients during their first 90 days, coordinating closely with sales, account management, and accounts receivable to ensure a smooth and efficient setup. - Client Training & Education: Provide hands-on training to clients on UnisLink’s RCM tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities, ensuring they can effectively utilize our services.
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively address challenges during onboarding, collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions quickly.
- Process Improvement & Client Experience Enhancement: Continuously refine onboarding processes to drive efficiency and client satisfaction, gathering feedback to improve workflows.
- Seamless Handoff to Client Experience Team: Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account management, providing thorough documentation and client insights.
- Promote UnisLink’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus, and Continuous Improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
