About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Vendor Recruitment Specialist to join our energetic Vendor Recruitment Team. In this temporary role, you’ll play a vital part in expanding and managing our global network of linguists and interpreters—key players in delivering top-notch services to our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Find Top Talent: Research, source, recruit, vet, and onboard linguists and interpreters to support client needs.
- Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for vendors, ensuring seamless communication and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Stay Organized: Keep our vendor database sharp and up to date, with all the details at your fingertips.
- Champion Quality: Help vet and test new recruits to ensure they meet the high standards our clients expect.
- Support Growth: Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve workflows, and make vendor recruitment even more effective.
- Be the Backbone: Handle administrative tasks like a pro, ensuring every detail is covered and all team members are supported during this period of parental leave.

The Details
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday during standard business hours (8am - 5pm EST).
- Compensation: $15/hour
- Location: Remote (Work from home, anywhere in the US!)
- Employment Type: Temporary, Hourly (40 hours/week)
- Duration: 4-6 months (parental leave cover), with potential for full-time
