Our DE&I initiatives are designed to promote cultural intelligence and awareness through, but not limited to, the ongoing development of a work environment built on the premise of gender and diversity equity that encourages and enforces respectful communication and greater understanding and cooperation between all team members.

We bring to light Monthly Awareness Topics, provide a safe place for open conversations, and encourage learning opportunities through our HSI DE&I Learning platform.
