What Will I be Doing?
As a
Specialist Reconnection
, you would be responsible for the assigned members “reconnection to and recapturing” of their loyalty and commitment. The Specialist will manage their portfolio of members from initial contact through successful reconnection of the member with the program. Successful reconnection/ “Save” will be determined by the customer made current on all delinquencies including Maintenance fees and Loan payments, if applicable and/ or provides proof they are no longer working with a Third Party Exit Company (TPE), if applicable. Should both of these apply, then both must be met to be considered a “save”.
You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Must be a highly motivated, competitive and dynamic sales personality. Must possess excellent communication skills both person to person, via telephone, and email. Must maintain excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task. Cold calling and establishing immediate rapport is a requirement of this position. Must be adept at quickly establishing, and then maintaining excellent customer relationships. Must thrive in a high tension, results oriented environment while being ultimately results oriented.
- Must be well versed in all aspects of the HGV Vacation Ownership Program.
- Deliver presentation from a prepared script followed by utilization of superior listening and sales ability to recapture customer.
- Explain program and all associated services to best help member utilize the product they own.
- Analyze problems then formulate a strategy and plan to overcome challenges to getting work done quickly with a high degree of quality and success. * Adjust from scripts to better associate the program with the members specific needs and interests. Understanding that certain guidelines must be met (ie: all calls are recorded, all accounts notated with contact/ contact attempts, etc.) * Use, demonstrate, and coordinate use of virtual tour software with customers as needed.
- Manage time effectively. Arrive punctually, attend required department meetings and training sessions.
- Respond to all customer emails and phone messages in a timely manner. Always adhere to scheduled customer call appointments.
- Meet productivity requirements and meet weekly/monthly goals.
- Maintain a minimum of 80% quality performance on all call monitoring.
- Adheres with federal guidelines as they relate to the Do Not Call List and Consent To Call.
- Complies with training received on all Company software and computer programs.
- Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For:
To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Education: High school/GED
- Years of Experience: 1+ years preferred
