Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Career Catalyst Service, including managing the Salesforce ticketing system and assisting with training
- Support the team with complex scheduling, meeting facilitation, data entry, report generation, and travel arrangements
- Track and audit employment and worksite documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support roles
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain high customer service standards
- Experience in data entry and report generation
- Must reside in California and be able to work remotely
