Position Description
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team within Salesforce, processing and executing sales orders through the systems for accurate invoicing and renewals ongoing. As needed, this role will also assist with data cleanup and creation for larger company initiatives. The Revenue Execution Specialist will work on continual overall process improvement and development of training to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe; manage various detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives; satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job
- Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate, and critique such information as written materials, numerical data, responses to customer needs, and/or other work-related activities
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve to move forward
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate across all business unites
- Flexible in working style and can work independently on projects, as well as collaboratively with your team
Physical Requirements:
- Able to work at a computer and monitor (sitting and standing) for extended periods
- Ability to move about the office with occasional reaching and bending
- Ability to use a keyboard and computer. This requirement involves reading the screen and keying/typing information.
- Ability to speak and make presentations to individuals or groups on technical subjects related to the job
As a Revenue Execution Specialist, you will:
Review and update accounts, agreements, invoicing, and renewal information when processing sales. As well as reviewing and updating first-tier Deal Desk quotes within Salesforce. You'll also work with appropriate levels of management for approval, working closely with the Contracts and Accounting departments to communicate client needs regarding sales and account changes. Revenue Execution Specialists provide first-tier support for any end-user technical or process questions in Salesforce, department communication software and other systems primarily managed by this team. Additionally, you will assist with data validation and work with other departments as required, and proactively identify operation improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements. You will work with the Systems team & IT to verify changes do not have unintended consequences by assisting with testing and attending group meetings
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated Salary Range: $47,400 - $65,400
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
